Our History

Established in 1935, Hopkins & Wayson built its reputation during D.C.’s population boom by being the contractor clients could count on. Founders Randolph Hopkins and Morgan Wayson Sr. managed each project with a 
hands-on approach and the simple principle that success came from honest partnerships.

Over decades, our team has carried that work ethic and craftsmanship through generations, each building on what came before and committing to a culture of continuous improvement. Those values have formed the foundation on how we do business today: with integrity in every build and relationship, respect for the details and pride in doing things right the first time.
