Jennifer Schelling has been Assistant Project Manager for more than three years, working alongside Project Managers to keep documentation accurate and communication moving with vendors, subcontractors, and project teams.
Her work covers subcontracts and purchase orders, submittals, change event RFQs, invoice reconciliation, inspections with local authorities and third-party agencies, trade permits and COIs, SHA material submittals, and the close-out books that get assembled at the end of every job.
She's fluent across Procore, PlanGrid, Smartsheet, Tempo, SharePoint, and Projectmates, which matters because each client tends to live in a different system.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys weightlifting, paddleboarding, and supporting animal rescue.
She has three rescue dogs and one rescue cat. She also spends time with her husband and her son, who currently serves in the Air Force.
