Robert Wayson has been with Hopkins & Wayson for more than nine years and serves as a Project Manager. He sets job timelines, coordinates with subcontractors, and keeps clients in the loop so projects stay on track and nothing comes as a surprise.
Robert came up through the field as a Superintendent before moving into project management, which means he knows what a schedule looks like on paper and what it looks like at seven in the morning on a muddy site. That field background still shapes how he runs jobs today.
He holds OSHA 30 and OSHA HAZWOPER certifications and earned a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
Robert is part of the family that built this company, and what he finds most rewarding is taking a site in whatever condition it starts in and turning it into something the client is proud of. Outside of work, he spends time with his wife and three kids, and plays golf.
