Eric Hall is Vice President and has been with Hopkins & Wayson for four years. He leads estimating, pre-construction, audits, and contract management, which is where projects get set up to succeed or fail long before crews break ground.
Before stepping into this role, Eric worked as an Estimator, Superintendent, and Project Manager. Having sat in each of those seats means he knows what the field needs from the office and what the office needs from the field, and he can spot the gaps between a plan on paper and how it actually builds.
Eric holds HAZWOPER certification and attended Yale University before entering construction. His family's history in the business is what pulled him in, and what's kept him here.
The best part of the job, for Eric, is watching a client walk through a finished project for the first time. Outside of work, he golfs, works out, reads, and travels.
