Jim serves as a Project Manager with nine years at the company and a lifetime in the construction industry. Having grown up in a family with a background in contracting, he developed an early passion for building and has been working in the field since his teenage years. Over time, he transitioned from residential construction into commercial projects, bringing hands-on experience and practical insight to every job he oversees.
In his current role, Jim manages three to five projects at a time, overseeing schedules, procurement, and budget reviews while also managing the company’s in-house equipment fleet. His strengths include client relations, budget management, and site equipment coordination, helping ensure projects run efficiently and meet client expectations.
Jim holds HAZWOPER certification and is Procore certified, reinforcing his commitment to safety and modern project management practices.
He finds the most satisfaction in seeing a project come together from start to finish and takes pride in delivering results that clients can depend on. Originally from Massachusetts, Jim relocated to Maryland in 2014.
Outside of work, he enjoys woodworking, hunting, and coaching youth sports in his community.
